Why Does the Universe Exist?

A TED speaker tries to answer this question but fails miserably:

In the Reciprocal System of theory, existence is comprised of two realms:  the Physical Realm and the Metaphysical Realm.  The Physical Realm is composed of space-time units; the Metaphysical Realm is composed of non-space-time units.  Both realms are perfectly natural, rational, objective, and understandable by the human mind.

We can speculate that the Physical Realm developed from the Non-Physical Realm when a portion of the non-space-time units converted themselves to space-time units.  The two-halves of the Physical Realm, the material sector and the cosmic (inverse) sector, nullify themselves in terms of total displacements–the number of displacements of space-time above unit speed equals the number of space-time displacements below unit speed.  There was thus no “creation ex nihilo.”

So then why did a portion of the non-space-time units convert to space-time units?  It’s conceivable that without a space-time universe there could be no advancement in complexity of the non-space-time units.  Human beings are compound structures, part space-time and part non-space-time.  Our purpose, then, appears to be ethical character development and the continual increase of knowledge–this is why a non-physical unit associates with an advanced hominid, like a human being.  Presumably, reincarnation takes place numerous times until the non-space-time complex is perfected in ethics and knowledge.  This is the real reason the physical universe exists.

Study the Reciprocal System and prove it for yourself.  Dr. Satz’s works, The Unmyersious Universe, Existents and Interactions:  A Computational Treatise of the Reciprocal System–The True Theory of Everything, and The Reciprocal System Database are all available at and
