So the scientists have created a synthetic “monopole”; they have not discovered a natural monopole. In the Reciprocal System, an atom has two rotating systems, and so a magnetically-charged atom actually has two orthogonal charges, one on each rotating system. Subatoms have one rotating system, so where feasible, they can take one magnetic charge. A magnetic charge is a two-dimensional rotational vibration in the Reciprocal System, and so even a single charge would have two poles, N and S. So a natural monopole is not possible, although a monocharge is.
Study the Reciprocal System and prove it for yourself. https://transpower.wordpress.com

Contrast the Reciprocal System’s clear explanation for the whys of science with that of legacy physics. For example watch Richard Feynman (a man I usually highly admire) try to answer a simple layman’s why on magnetism: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjmtJpzoW0o and weep.
